Cosy house detached, surrounded by trees. 2 apartments in the property. 5 km from the centre of Capoliveri, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden 100 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 4.9 km, ferry "Portoferraio" 18 km, sandy beach "Innamorata" 800 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 10.5 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Sehr ruhige und direkt an Wanderwegen gelegene Unterkunft mit Abstrichen Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen da wir alleine auf dem Grundstück auf dem ja 2 Hauser nebeneinander stehen waren Das wäre allerdings komplett anders wenn das andere Haus auch belegt gewesen wäre. Auch empfanden wir es als störend dass am letzten Morgen ohne Vorankündigung um 8:30 Uhr ein Putzteam auf das Grundstück fuhr um das schon 1 Woche frei stehende Haus neben uns zu reinigen??Muss man nicht verstehen .

Die Unterkunft entspricht kein bisschen dem was man erwarten dürfte für über 1000 CHF für eine Woche. Das einzige was OK war, war die aussicht! Gerne würde ich Ihnen Fotos zukommen lassen, die wir gemacht haben von der Unterkunft! Auch sind wir der Meinung, dass wir eine Teilrückerstattung dafür erhalten müssten! Die Unterkunft ist definiitv nicht mehr wert als 500 CHF pro Woche! Geht gar nicht sowas.... Internet (WLAN war ein Witz... gerade mal 2-3 Mbits pro sek. :D

Das Haus ist wunderbar und absolut ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Dusche ist allerdings sehr klein.
