For shared use: property, well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 900 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Ortisei" 700 m, railway station "Bolzano" 36 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Heerlijke gezellige woning. De skibushalte is vlakbij, zodat je de auto kan laten staan. Wel een flinke wandeling naar het dorp. Zeker voor verse broodjes een hele klim. In de woning zit geen oventje, dit wisten wij, dus een heel klein oventje meegenomen. Hele vriendelijke eigenaresse en dochter die je allerlei tips geeft. Skigebied super en wij hopen hier nog weleens terug tekomen.

Wir wurden von Frau S. und Ihrer Tochter warmherzig empfangen, sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Dementsprechend haben wir und unser Vierbeiner uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt schön mit tollem Blick auf den Langkofel und den Sellastock. In der sehr sauberen Wohnung selbst ist alles da, was es braucht, um auch mal ganze Tage gemütlich in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man hervorragend und schön draußen sitzen. Alles super!

Casa accogliente, con giardino e parcheggio. Silenziosa e con vista sulla montagna spettacolare. Dotata di cucina con fornelli a induzione, piccolo bagno con doccia (senza bidet), cabina armadio. TV in soggiorno (non in camera). Raggiungibile il centro a piedi ma il rientro è in salita e abbastanza faticoso. Fermata del bus davanti a casa fino alle ore 18.00. La sera necessario spostarsi a piedi o con i propri mezzi. Ideale per coppia con cane di piccola taglia

Die Ferienwohnung ist für den Urlaubsalltag prima eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns nichts. Die Einrichtung ist regional typisch, es wurde viel mit Holz gearbeitet, es wirkt aber eher modern und nicht zu wuchtig. WLAN ist vorhanden, für Viele inzwischen ja sehr wichtig. Die Eigentümerin wohnt im gleichen Haus, ist sehr warmherzig und hilft bei Fragen umgehend. Uns hat es wirklich gefallen, die Ruhe oberhalb des Ortes haben wir gesucht und dort auch gefunden.

Deze woning heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en Langkofel. Het zitten in de tuin was al genieten. Woning eenvoudig, alles aanwezig en schoon. De eigenaresse woont boven de woning, is vriendelijk en in voor een praatje. Ortisei is een goed uitgangspunt om wandelingen te maken. Wij hebben onze week doorgebracht in mei met prachtig weer waardoor we veel buiten konden genieten van de natuur.

Sehr gute Lage, oberhalb von Skt.Ulrich in absoluter Ruhe. Von der kleinen Sitzecke super Blick auf den Langkofel! Sehr nette Vermieterin, Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Von da aus kann man wunderbar das Grödner Tal erkunden. Zahlreiche Seilbahnen ermöglichen schnellen Bergblick. Ich finde es Top!
